We offer expedited shipping for a flat rate of $15.99 or standard shipping for $7.99 per order. Shipping is free on orders over $60.

We currently accept credit card payments and Paypal. If you would like to arrange payment in another way, we are happy to assist with your request!

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@KotiMarket.com within 8 hours of placing your order. We cannot make changes after this period.
What if I'm not home?
If you are not home, a new delivery will be made the next day or the delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on the country and delivery method you have chosen.
You may also need to pick up your package from your local post office if it cannot be delivered to you.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will ship your order when all items are available. If you would like to receive an available product before your pre-order item, please email us at support@KotiMarket.com
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return
The product(s) must be in its original condition with the return label and hygiene seal still in place. The item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.
KotiMarket.com offers a full refund (the price of the product excluding original shipping costs).
All returns can be sent to our returns warehouse located in the United States.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Requesting a return has never been easier!
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return. To initiate a return, please email us at support@KotiMarket.com and provide the email address used to process your order within 14 days of receiving your package.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping costs for returned items, except for defective items. We also cannot refund the return postage costs.
Once the items have been received, we will either send out new items or you will receive a refund (the price of the item excluding the original shipping costs).
We cannot be responsible for the loss of returned items. We recommend using a registered mail service to return items and keep track of the tracking information.
